FCA

Responsibilities of Regulators

Supervise banks, insurance and investment, including securities.

Britain is currently the most perfect and sound financial service country in the world, and through the Financial Conduct Regulatory Authority (FCA), all financial institutions registered in its territory are strictly regulated.

Regulator Characteristics

The risk tolerance of FCA will be lower than that of FSA, and it will be more inclined to take preventive measures rather than sit-by damage. The Y method will also mean more use of judgment, i.e. expertise, to determine whether damage to consumers is likely to occur and to intervene accordingly based on this forward-looking analysis.
